Belangrijke beslissingen voor het land in verband met staatsaangelegenheden van woensdag 15 januari 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Voorstel voor een Samenwerkingsprotocol voor gezamenlijk toezicht op de Air Navigation Service (ANS) providers<\/strong> (Minister van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning)<\/p>\n

De Raad van Ministers heeft ingestemd met de volgende beslissingen:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. De inhoud van het concept-samenwerkingsprotocol getiteld \u201cProtocol on the Cooperation in the Exercise of the Oversight on the Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service provider within the Kingdom of the Netherlands\u201d, betreffende gezamenlijk toezicht op de Air Navigation Service (ANS) providers, is goedgekeurd.<\/li>\n
  2. De Directeur-Generaal van de Cura\u00e7aose Burgerluchtvaart Autoriteit (CBA) is gemachtigd om namens de overheid van Cura\u00e7ao het genoemde concept-samenwerkingsprotocol te ondertekenen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Deze beslissingen zijn genomen op basis van het voorstel van de Minister van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning (VVRP) van 16 december 2024. Daarnaast is ook ingestemd met het aanbieden van het concept-landsbesluit aan de Gouverneur voor ondertekening.<\/p>\n

    \n

    2. Voorstel voor een beheerovereenkomst voor het beheer van volkswoningen en overige woningen 2024-2025 tussen het Land Cura\u00e7ao en Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP)<\/strong> (Minister van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning)<\/p>\n

    De Raad van Ministers heeft ingestemd met de volgende besluiten:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. De inhoud van de concept-beheerovereenkomst voor het beheer van volkswoningen en overige woningen 2024-2025 met Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP) is goedgekeurd.<\/li>\n
    2. De Minister van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning (VVRP) is gemachtigd om namens de overheid van Cura\u00e7ao de genoemde concept-beheerovereenkomst te ondertekenen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Deze besluiten zijn genomen op basis van het voorstel van de Minister van VVRP.
