Belangrijke beslissingen voor het land in verband met staatsaangelegenheden van woensdag 12 februari 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Conceptinstructie voor de Gevolmachtigde Minister inzake diplomatieke benoeming \u2013 Rijksministerraad 31 januari 2025<\/strong> (Minister van Algemene Zaken)<\/p>\n

De Raad van Ministers heeft op 30 januari 2025 besloten de Gevolmachtigde Minister te instrueren om tijdens de Rijksministerraad op 31 januari 2025 in te stemmen met het voorstel om de heer A.M.A. Driessen te benoemen tot buitengewoon en gevolmachtigd ambassadeur in Mexico en Belize, met standplaats Mexico-Stad. Dit besluit volgt het advies van de Directeur van de Directie Buitenlandse Betrekkingen van 29 januari 2025.<\/p>\n

\n

2. Advies over ontwerp-landsbesluiten Caribische gulden <\/strong>(Minister van Algemene Zaken)<\/p>\n

De Raad van Ministers heeft het volgende goedgekeurd:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Het besluit van 24 december 2024 om conceptwetten over de invoering van de Caribische gulden en het uit circulatie nemen van de Nederlands-Antilliaanse gulden ter advisering naar de Directie Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken (WJZ) te sturen.<\/li>\n
  2. Inhoud van de genoemde wetsvoorstellen die voor ondertekening naar de Gouverneur worden gestuurd.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Deze besluiten zijn genomen op basis van het advies van de Directeur Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken d.d. 03 februari 2025.<\/p>\n

    \n

    3. Voorstel financi\u00eble managementrapportage december 2024 en uitvoeringsrapportage Q4 2024<\/strong> (Minister van Financi\u00ebn)<\/p>\n

    De Raad van Ministers heeft ingestemd met de volgende beslispunten:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Het vaststellen van de financi\u00eble managementrapportage over december 2024, inclusief de uitvoeringsrapportage over het vierde kwartaal 2024.<\/li>\n
    2. Het aanbieden van deze twee documenten aan de Gouverneur en de Staten.<\/li>\n
    3. Het aanbieden van dezelfde documenten voor advies aan het College Financieel Toezicht (Cft).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
