Belangrijke beslissingen voor het land in verband met staatsaangelegenheden van woensdag 19 februari 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Advies over het ontwerp van het Omnibus-Sanctiebesluit Cura\u00e7ao<\/strong> (Minister van Algemene Zaken)<\/p>\n

De Raad van Ministers heeft besloten het ontwerp van het Omnibus-Sanctiebesluit Cura\u00e7ao, dat sancties uitvoert volgens de Rijkssanctiewet en de Sanctielandsverordening, voor advies naar de Raad van Advies te sturen, zoals aanbevolen door de Directeur Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken op 13 december 2024.<\/p>\n

2. Advies over het standpunt van de Centrale Commissie van Vakbonden (CCvV) inzake de circulaire over het 45-jarig ambtsjubileum<\/strong> (Minister van Bestuur, Planning en Dienstverlening)<\/p>\n

De Raad van Ministers heeft de volgende besluiten genomen:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Het besluit van 15 juni 2022, dat per 1 januari 2023 een circulaire invoerde voor een gratificatie bij een ambtsjubileum na 45 dienstjaren, wordt ingetrokken.<\/li>\n
  2. De inhoud van de nieuwe circulaire “Richtlijnen toekennen gratificatie bij ambtsjubileum na 45 dienstjaren” is goedgekeurd.<\/li>\n
  3. De nieuwe circulaire treedt met terugwerkende kracht in werking vanaf 1 januari 2017.<\/li>\n
  4. Het verzoek van de Centrale Commissie van Vakbonden (CCvV) wordt afgewezen. Dit verzoek betrof het toekennen van een gratificatie van \u00e9\u00e9n maand vol inkomen bij pensionering voor medewerkers met:\n
      \n
    1. 35 tot minder dan 40 dienstjaren.<\/li>\n
    2. 40 tot minder dan 45 dienstjaren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Deze besluiten zijn genomen op basis van het advies van de waarnemend Directeur van de Beleidsorganisatie Human Resources en Organisatie (HRO) van 14 februari 2025.<\/p>\n

      3. Advies over het ontwerp-landsbesluit tot wijziging van het Landsbesluit economische zone Koningsplein 2022<\/strong> (Minister van Economische Ontwikkeling)<\/p>\n

      De Raad van Ministers heeft ingestemd met het ontwerp-landsbesluit tot wijziging van het Landsbesluit economische zone Koningsplein 2022.
