Voorstel over rol van SOAB bij benoeming en beloning bestuurders en commissarissen <\/strong>(Ministerie van Financi\u00ebn)<\/p>\n<p>De Raad van Ministers heeft het voorstel besproken om de Stichting Overheidsaccountantsbureau (SOAB) aan te wijzen als adviseur van de overheid bij de selectie, benoeming en beloning van bestuurders en commissarissen. Het ontwerp-landsbesluit wordt voor advies doorgestuurd naar de Directie Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken (WJZ).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>2. Voorstel over hogere bezoldiging topfunctionarissen <\/strong>(Ministerie van Financi\u00ebn)<\/p>\n<p>De Raad van Ministers heeft het ontwerp-landsbesluit besproken over de aanwijzing van functies waarbij een hogere maximale bezoldiging voor topfunctionarissen geldt.
