Concept-kaderovereenkomst met St. Eustatius over leertrajecten voor jonge volwassenen <\/strong>(Ministerie van Sociale Ontwikkeling, Arbeid en Welzijn)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De Raad van Ministers heeft ingestemd met een concept-kaderovereenkomst (\u201cFramework Agreement\u201d) tussen Cura\u00e7ao en St. Eustatius. De overeenkomst gaat over het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en monitoren van leertrajecten voor jonge volwassenen.
