Reizigersvaccinatie biedt voorlichting, advies en vaccinaties aan reizigers. Voor het voorkomen van verspreiding van infectieziektes over de hele wereld, zijn er bepaalde afspraken gemaakt tussen de landen. Deze afspraken zijn in de richtlijnen van onder andere de Landelijk Co\u00f6rdinatiecentrum Reizigersadvisering (LCR) Nederland, de World Health Organization (WHO) en de Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) opgenomen. Burgers die zich bij de sectie Reizigersvaccinatie aanmelden, worden conform deze richtlijnen geadviseerd en eventueel gevaccineerd.<\/p>\n
