{"id":8569,"date":"2019-07-16T06:38:23","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T06:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gobiernu.cw\/?post_type=ministerionan&#038;p=8569"},"modified":"2021-12-13T15:36:21","modified_gmt":"2021-12-13T19:36:21","slug":"domeinbeheer","status":"publish","type":"ministerionan","link":"https:\/\/gobiernu.cw\/nl\/ministries\/verkeer-vervoer-ruimtelijke-planning\/sector-infrastructuur-ruimtelijke-planning\/domeinbeheer\/","title":{"rendered":"Domeinbeheer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In de sector Infrastructuur en Ruimtelijke Planning van het Ministerie van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning is de uitvoeringsorganisatie Domeinbeheer verantwoordelijk voor het bedrijfseconomisch verantwoord aan- en verkopen van grond en opstallen en het optimaal toewijzen en beheren van domeingronden, water en onroerende goederen van Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n<p>Domeinbeheer wijst overheidsgronden aan burgers of instellingen toe, ten behoeve van het bouwen van een woonhuis, commerci\u00eble en industri\u00eble doeleinden, toeristische doeleinden of agrarische doeleinden. Domeinbeheer brengt namens de overheid van Cura\u00e7ao hiervoor erfpachtcanon of huur in rekening.
