Dat wil zeggen het toezicht op de naleving van wettelijke regelingen op het gebied van arbeid en veiligheid van arbeidsomstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De taken omvatten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>handhaving: alle activiteiten rond toezicht en opsporing met inbegrip van bestuurlijke instrumenten als bestuursdwang, het opleggen van een last onder dwangsom of van een bestuurlijke boete<\/li>\n<li>klachtenbehandeling<\/li>\n<li>advisering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dit zijn de primaire regelingen die betrekking hebben op het werk van Inspectie Arbeid en Veiligheid:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Arbeidsregeling 2000, Landsverordening arbeid vreemdelingen,\u00a0Vakantieregeling, PB 2016 no. 46 minimumloon Cura\u00e7ao 2017 en Landsverordening tot inschrijving van arbeidskrachten 1945<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De Inspectie is belast met het uitvoeren van nalevingstoezicht.
