Door middel van deze overeenkomst erkennen de landen de studies, diploma&rsquo;s en niveaus in het hogere onderwijs in Latijns Amerika en het Caribisch gebieden synchroniseren de landen hogere en universitaire studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De conferentie wordt gehouden in het licht van het &lsquo;Education 2030 Agenda&rsquo; van UNESCO en de wereldwijde ontwikkelingen en tendensen in hoger onderwijs. De landen lopen uit op de voorbereidingen van de &lsquo;Global Convention.&rsquo; Cura&ccedil;ao wordt vertegenwoordigd door een delegatie, namelijk&nbsp;<span>de Minister van Onderwijs, Wetenschap, Cultuur en Sport; mw. Marilyn Alcal&aacute;-Wall&eacute;, de Beleidsdirecteur OWCS;&nbsp;<\/span><span>mw. Susan Larmonie-van Heydoorn, Sector Directeur UOW; dhr. Wladimir&nbsp;<\/span><span>Kleinmoedig, Rector van UoC; dhr. Francis de Lanooy, Quality en Assurance&nbsp;<\/span><span>Manager van UoC; mw. Sharine Isabella en kabinet &rsquo;s assistent mw.
