WILLEMSTAD – Aan de Regentesselaan is goed te merken dat het online-portaal voor zowel de zakelijke als de particuliere aangiftes zorgt voor minder rijen. De Belastingdienst streeft er naar dit jaar nog meer mensen te motiveren hun aangiftes en betalingen online te doen. Dat is niet alleen snel, het is ook makkelijk én veilig.<\/p>\n

De Belastingdienst Curaçao meldt dat in 2016 meer dan 55.000 zakelijke en particuliere aangiftes via het online portaal zijn ingediend. In de maand december werden 8.867 zakelijke aangiftes online ingediend – in dezelfde maand het jaar daarvoor waren dat er 1.845. <\/p>\n

Vooral omzetbelasting
<\/em><\/strong>De meeste online-aangiftes worden voor de omzetbelasting ingediend: 26.110 stuks in 2016. Maar het online portaal wordt ook veel gebruikt voor de aangiftes van Loonbelasting en premies (17.984 in 2016) en van de Ziektekosten- en Ongevallenverzekering (ZV\/OV). Voor laatstgenoemde gebeurde dat 8.470 keer sinds de introductie in het online aangifte portaal in juli 2016. In 2016 zijn in totaal 1.041 aangiftes WB en 648 Verzamelloonstaten online ingediend.<\/p>\n

Het Ministerie van Financiën heeft het afgelopen jaar verschillende mediacampagnes gevoerd om de belastingplichtigen te informeren over het doen van online aangifte. <\/p>\n

De campagnes zijn succesvol gebleken. In 2017 zal de Belastingdienst de bevolking blijven informeren over de mogelijkheden van online aangifte en online betalen. Snel, makkelijk en veilig.<\/p>\n
