Het digitale aangifteportaal voor het doen van de definitieve aangifte winstbelasting 2020 is per 1 september 2021 beschikbaar voor het doen van niet complexe aangiften winstbelasting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het aangifteportaal is per 1 september nog niet gereed voor de belastingplichtige die een deel van haar winst kan toerekenen aan het buitenland en die \u00e9\u00e9n of meer van de volgende activiteiten verricht:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oefent het financi\u00eble bedrijf uit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oefent\u00a0 het verzekeringsbedrijf uit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oefent het scheep- en\/of luchtvaartbedrijf uit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oefent een activiteit uit conform artikel 15, vierde lid, van de Landsverordening op de winstbelasting 1940.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor deze belastingplichtigen wordt de termijn voor het doen van de definitieve aangifte winstbelasting 2020 en de betaling verlengd tot en met 31 december 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor alle overige belastingplichtigen die vanaf 1 september 2021 hun definitieve aangifte winstbelasting kunnen indienen, is de termijn voor indiening tot en met 30 september.
