WILLEMSTAD \u2013 Onlangs heeft mevrouw Odette Doest, voorzitter van de Stichting Carmabi, een bezoek afgelegd aan de Gouverneur van Curacao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. Daarbij heeft mevrouw van de Doest de plannen van Carmabi met betrekking tot het beheer van de natuurparken op Curacao uiteen gezet. Ook heeft mevrouw Doest de Gouverneur geinformeerd over de voorbereidingen voor de Conventie van de Dutch Caribbean Nature Alliance (DCNA) die in november op Curacao zal plaatsvinden. In de DCNA zijn organisaties voor natuurbehoud op alle Caribische eilanden van het Koninkrijk vertegenwoordigd.<\/p>\n
