WILLEMSTAD \u2013\u00a0Op donderdag 10 augustus 2023 heeft de president van de \u201cGlobal United Christians Congres of Africa and the Diaspora (GUCCAD) Dr Ijoma Nwosu een kennismakingsbezoek gebracht aan de Gouverneur van Cura\u00e7ao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. Dr Ijoma Nwosu werd vergezeld door zijn echtgenote mevrouw Nneka Amarachukwu Nwosu en hun vertegenwoordiger op Cura\u00e7ao, de heer Giovanny Bloem.<\/p>\n

Tijdens het bezoek heeft dr. Nwosu \u00a0de doelstelling en boodschap van zijn de organisatie toegelicht; te weten verzoening; met name tussen de bevolking van Afrika en degenen die als gevolg van de slavernij behoren tot de diaspora. Daarbij heeft dr. Nwosu aangekondigd dat de Director of the Diaspora Commision in the Office of the President of Ghana, het voornemen heeft om in september\/oktober Sint Maarten en Cura\u00e7ao te bezoeken met het oog op het ontwikkelen van een bilaterale relatie en capaciteitsontwikkeling tussen Ghana en the Dutch Carribean.<\/p>\n
