WILLEMSTAD – In Ha\u00efti is een nationale noodtoestand uitgeroepen als gevolg van het aanhoudend bendegeweld in het land. Een avondklok is ingesteld in Port-au-Prince en omringende gebieden.<\/p>\n

Cura\u00e7ao houdt de situatie van Ha\u00efti in de gaten, en staat, als onderdeel van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, in nauw contact met de Ambassade van het Koninkrijk in de Dominicaanse Republiek alsmede met de relevante diensten van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Het Koninkrijk heeft geen ambassade in Ha\u00efti, maar een Ha\u00eftiaanse Honorair Consul in Port-au-Prince.<\/p>\n

Het reisadvies (https:\/\/www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl\/reisadvies\/haiti<\/a>) is om niet naar Ha\u00efti te reizen. Verlaat Ha\u00efti als dat veilig kan.<\/p>\n

Er is een oproep gedaan aan Nederlanders en inwoners van Cura\u00e7ao die momenteel in Ha\u00efti verblijven om zich aan te melden via de informatieservice van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken (https:\/\/informatieservice.nederlandwereldwijd.nl\/<\/a>). Dit geldt ook voor personen met een geldig verblijfsvergunning voor Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n

Heeft u kennis van ingezetenen die zich momenteel in Ha\u00efti bevinden, verzoek hen dan om te registreren via de informatieservice van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken (BZ) en via mail naar: info.dbb@gobiernu.cw<\/a> van de Directie Buitenlandse Betrekkingen (DBB), waarin zij hun na(a)m(en), telefoonnummers en adresgegevens op Cura\u00e7ao en in Ha\u00efti kunnen doorgeven.<\/p>\n

Op die manier kunnen BZ en\/of DBB hen op de hoogte houden van ontwikkelingen en van adviezen voorzien, bijvoorbeeld als er mogelijkheden ontstaan om het land te verlaten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
