Deze initiatieven zijn onderdeel van het Biz2Biz-programma, dat streeft naar het verminderen van red tape en cost of doing business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De trainingen werden geleid door Nelida Catalina, een coach met internationale ervaring, en Tsnatee Elisa, een jonge professionele expert uit Cura\u00e7ao. Zij richtten zich op het verbeteren van business coaching technieken en het effectief gebruik van LinkedIn, om deelnemers beter in staat te stellen hun diensten internationaal te exporteren. Het doel van deze sessies was om lokale capaciteiten te bouwen en &#8216;brain circulation&#8217; te bevorderen, waarbij kennis en vaardigheden binnen de gemeenschap worden gedeeld en versterkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Coaching voor betere zakelijke prestaties<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nelida Catalina heeft deelnemers voorzien van geavanceerde coachingtechnieken gericht op het verbeteren van de zakelijke prestaties van hun cli\u00ebnten. De focus lag op het ontwikkelen van een strategisch inzicht en het aanreiken van praktische tools die coaches kunnen gebruiken om MKB-ondernemers effectiever te ondersteunen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LinkedIn als tool voor internationale uitbreiding<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parallel aan de coachingssessies leidde Tsnatee Elisa een LinkedIn-workshop, waarbij deelnemers leerden hoe zij hun profielen kunnen optimaliseren om hun zakelijke netwerk uit te breiden en hun diensten internationaal te promoten. Deze praktische sessie bood deelnemers de kans om direct verbeteringen aan hun eigen LinkedIn-profielen aan te brengen, met als doel het vergroten van hun zichtbaarheid op deze wereldwijde platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze trainingen zijn met enthousiasme ontvangen en hebben bewezen een effectief middel te zijn om de capaciteiten van lokale ondernemers en professionals aanzienlijk te versterken. Door het aanbieden van dergelijke trainingen ondersteunt het Ministerie van Economische Ontwikkeling niet alleen de professionele groei van individuen, maar ook de economische veerkracht en innovatie
