Government Academy en Universiteit van Cura\u00e7ao versterken de ontwikkeling van Human Resources professionals

\nWILLEMSTAD \u2013 De Government Academy van de overheid van Cura\u00e7ao heeft op maandag 22 september 2025 met trots de graduation ceremony georganiseerd voor de deelnemers van de Pre-Master Human Resources programma samen met de Universiteit van Cura\u00e7ao (UoC). Een diverse groep van ongeveer 25 professionals, bestaande uit zowel ambtenaren als vertegenwoordigers van de private sector, hebben deze belangrijke opleiding succesvol afgerond.<\/p>\n

De Pre-Master Human Resources, ontwikkeld in nauwe samenwerking met de UoC, is een belangrijk traject binnen de ambitie van de overheid om te investeren in de kennis en vaardigheden van ambtenaren en professionals op het eiland. De opleiding bereidt deelnemers voor op de volgende stap: het volgen van de Master in Human Resources, waarmee zij zich verder kunnen specialiseren en bijdragen aan een modern en toekomstgericht personeelsbeleid.<\/p>\n

Opvallend is dat iedereen die aan de Pre-Master Human Resources begon, de opleiding ook succesvol heeft afgerond. Dit onderstreept de motivatie en inzet van de deelnemers om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen dit vakgebied.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de feestelijke ceremonie werden de deelnemers in het zonnetje gezet voor hun inzet en doorzettingsvermogen. Met hun opgedane kennis en vaardigheden zijn zij nu beter uitgerust om organisaties \u2013 zowel binnen de overheid als in de private sector \u2013 te ondersteunen bij strategische HR-vraagstukken, organisatieontwikkeling en het bevorderen van goed werkgeverschap.<\/p>\n

De Government Academy benadrukt dat dit initiatief een voorbeeld is van de manier waarop samenwerking tussen overheid, onderwijs en private sector kan leiden tot duurzame ontwikkeling van human capital op Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n
