Als uw gast uit een visumplichtig land komt, dan kan het visum, door middel van een garantieverklaring, aangevraagd worden. Deze garantieverklaring is verkrijgbaar aan het loket van Publieke Zaken (Kranshi), Afdeling Documenten en Inlichtingen. U kunt het formulier ook downloaden via de website www.gobiernu.cw Nadat u het formulier heeft ingevuld, dient u in het bijzijn van de ambtenaar te ondertekenen aan het loket van Publieke Zaken (Kranshi), afdeling Documenten en Inlichtingen. Dit formulier wordt vervolgens door middel van een zegel en stempel geofficialiseerd. Dit kost fl. 25,-. Vervolgens stuurt u deze garantieverklaring naar uw gast in het buitenland.
