How to use the Humanitarian Hub
The Government of Curaçao has drawn up rules to ensure the reception and storage of aid to the Venezuelan population. This is necessary in order to properly facilitate a possible abundance of aircraft and ships from different countries and from different organizations. The products that are transported can be stored on Curaçao until they can be transported to Venezuela in a safe and secure way.

- All parties wishing to transfer relief goods to Venezuela via the hub of Curaçao, should make themselves known to the government of Curaçao. Use the mail address on this page.
- All immigration and customs procedures remain in full force
- The responsibility for organizing and carrying out the transport and storage of relief goods is always at the donor organization
- All costs arising from the use of the hub on Curaçao are carried by the donor
- Humanitarian aid can only take place with the use of civilian means (i.e. without military personnel and / or military equipment)
